Please provide feedback about educational quality in the Indian Hill School District
As we near the conclusion of the 2016-2017 academic year, we are inviting students in grades 3-12 and all parents throughout the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District to provide feedback about the quality of educational services our District provides by completing an online survey. The online survey addresses a variety of topics including school activities, the learning environment, academic support processes, and relationships with staff members. The majority of questions ask respondents to rate statements on a Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Examples of questions include:
- Teachers in my school really care about me.
- In most classes, if I am having trouble learning something, my teacher finds another way to help me understand.
- Students at my school are friendly.
- My school building is in good condition.
The results of this survey will be utilized to assess the quality of the current educational services provided by the District and guide our continuous improvement efforts. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and survey responses will be anonymous.
Students in grades 3-12 will be invited to complete the online survey while at school, and a separate link to the online survey will be sent to parents via email. If you have more than one child in the District, we invite you to complete one survey per child.
The student and parent online surveys will be available from April 24 – May 5. Student and parent participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you do not want your student to participate in this survey or would like additional information about the survey, please contact your school office.
We appreciate your willingness to provide us with feedback about your educational experiences in the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District.
