There is something that is uniquely powerful about Indian Hill: Our community shows up.
During the 2025–2026 school year, our three primary support organizations, the Indian Hill Foundation, Indian Hill PTO, and Indian Hill Boosters, demonstrated what true partnership looks like. Their collective investment of dollars, volunteer hours, leadership, and energy expanded opportunities for our students across academics, arts, athletics, leadership, and community experiences.
Their partnership allows us to dream bigger.
Indian Hill Foundation
The Indian Hill Foundation serves as our philanthropic partner, supporting innovative programs, professional learning, scholarships, and community-building initiatives that extend beyond what traditional district funding can provide.
During 2025–2026, the IH Foundation invested $362,000 in Indian Hill Schools.
Its impact reaches across the district through grants for equipment and classroom programming, support for initiatives such as Experienceships, and investments supporting Braves Helping Braves, and district scholarship programs.
Today, that important work is led by IH Foundation President Geoff Grant, who describes the Foundation's impact as “broad and significant” and emphasizes the role our community partners play in creating unique opportunities for students.
IH PTO
Our Indian Hill PTO demonstrates that supporting students is about much more than writing a check.
During 2025–2026, IH PTO invested $171,028 in Indian Hill Schools while also providing countless hours of volunteer leadership and support.
Those resources helped create experiences across our K–12 community, from special events and student programming to staff appreciation and opportunities that strengthen connections among our students, staff, and families.
These aren't simply events on a calendar. They are moments when relationships are built, memories are created, and students experience what it means to belong to something larger than themselves.
Today, that work is led by IH PTO President Melissa Wu, whose vision centers on community, connection, and opportunity. Melissa describes the #IHPromise as a commitment to creating a community where every student feels “known, supported, challenged, and valued.”
IH Boosters
Our students learn everywhere, in classrooms and laboratories, certainly, but also on stages, athletic fields, courts, in clubs, and through experiences that allow them to discover talents and passions.
The Indian Hill Boosters help make those opportunities possible.
During 2025–2026, IH Boosters invested $176,752 to support our students. Those dollars touched athletics, the Indian Hill Arts Conservatory, student transportation, student organizations, and community events.
That investment represents something larger than equipment, transportation, programs, or events. It represents access to experiences that help our students discover who they are and what they can become.
Today, IH Boosters President Tim McParlane leads that effort with a belief that Indian Hill students should have opportunities to be both learners and doers. Through athletics, arts, theater, clubs, transportation, and other student experiences, Boosters provides support above and beyond traditional district funding.
Partnership makes the difference
Perhaps what I appreciate most is that these organizations don't operate in isolation.
The Foundation, PTO, Boosters, and District work together to align resources with the areas where they can have the greatest impact. Each organization brings a distinct mission and perspective to the table, but all share one priority: our students.
That collaboration is the #IHPromise in action.
As we begin another school year focused on ensuring every student is known, challenged, and supported to demonstrate meaningful growth, these partnerships matter more than ever. They allow our educators to innovate. They create experiences for students. They strengthen connections among families. And they extend the resources of our school district through the generosity of people who believe deeply in our mission.
To Geoff, Melissa, Tim, their boards, their volunteers, their donors, and every member of our community who purchased a membership, attended a fundraiser, volunteered at an event, made a gift, or simply raised a hand and asked, “How can I help?” - thank you.
