Indian Hill educators honored with prestigious statewide award for excellence
The Indian Hill School District is proud to announce that a team of five outstanding educators – Loni Jackson, Amie Kanzeg, Mari Mileham, Adrienne Scott, and Kelly Vaughan – has been selected as a recipient of the George B. Milbourn Team Teachers Award of Excellence, presented by the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation.

This distinguished honor is awarded annually to only five teams across the state of Ohio and recognizes exemplary collaboration, innovation, and dedication to student success. The Indian Hill team was selected for its positive impact on student learning and its commitment to educational excellence within the school community.

“We are incredibly proud of this recognition for Loni, Amie, Mari, Adrienne, and Kelly,” said Indian Hill CEO/Superintendent Kirk Koennecke. “This award speaks volumes about the dynamic and dedicated team of educators we have in Indian Hill. Their work exemplifies the power of collaboration and innovation in transforming student outcomes. This is a well-deserved honor, and we are thrilled to see their impact acknowledged on a statewide stage.”

The award includes a $1,000 grant to support a project or initiative within the school district. The team will be formally recognized during the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation’s Annual Educator Awards Banquet on Thursday, July 24, where honorees from across Ohio will be celebrated.
