Three Indian Hill High School students named Coca-Cola Scholar Semifinalists

The Indian Hill School District celebrates Indian Hill High School seniors Cristina Dos Santos, Jane Holbrook, and Graham Kruse who have been named Semifinalists for the 2027 Coca-Cola Scholars Program, advancing in the selection process for one of 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 each.

The three Braves join 1,227 Semifinalists selected from more than 113,000 submitted applications nationwide. Students were recognized for academic excellence, leadership, and service demonstrated through school and community activities.

“Cristina, Jane, and Graham represent the exceptional scholarship, leadership, and commitment to others that we celebrate at Indian Hill High School,” said Indian Hill High School Principal Andy Gruber. “We are incredibly proud of the work that brought them to this moment and excited to cheer them on as they take the next step in this prestigious program.”

A joint effort of Coca-Cola bottlers across the country and The Coca-Cola Company, the Coca-Cola Scholars Program is the largest corporate-sponsored, achievement-based scholarship program in the United States. With the addition of the 2027 class, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation will have awarded more than $93 million in scholarships to more than 7,300 students over 39 years.

Semifinalists will now complete Phase 2 applications, including essays, a recommendation, and a transcript. An independent selection committee will select 250 Regional Finalists in early January to participate in online interviews.

From that group, 150 students will be named Coca-Cola Scholars-select in late February and invited to Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend in Atlanta, April 15–18, 2027. Participants will attend the annual Coca-Cola Scholars Banquet and a Leadership Development Institute facilitated by program alumni. Upon completing Scholars Weekend, they will become official Coca-Cola Scholars and receive their $20,000 scholarships.
