Sometimes, the people who keep us connected deserve a chance to disconnect — and enjoy lunch together!

This October, I am delighted to recognize our Indian Hill technology team with our monthly Thank You lunch. It is an opportunity to celebrate the people whose expertise, patience, and problem-solving help make teaching and learning possible across our district.

Led by Director of Innovation and Technology Mark Richardson, this team supports work that touches every classroom and department. Behind the devices, connections, and tools are people who understand that technology serves a greater purpose: helping our students learn and our staff succeed.

When something does not work as expected, having a knowledgeable, reassuring colleague ready to help makes a difference. So does having a partner who helps us explore new possibilities. Our technology team brings both kinds of support to the Indian Hill experience.

Our commitment to ensuring every student feels known, challenged, and supported depends on the contributions of people throughout our schools. This month’s recognition is a reminder that supporting a teacher, solving a problem, or making a resource easier to use can have an impact far beyond the task itself.

To our technology team that has SURPASSED 1,000 tickets since the start of school: THANK YOU for sharing your talents, guiding us through challenges, and helping us move forward with confidence. We appreciate the people behind the technology!
