Throughout my journey as an educator—whether in the classroom, on the field, or as a school leader—my purpose has remained the same: to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and ensure they feel seen, supported, and inspired to pursue their dreams.
Now serving as the Director of K-12 Leadership & Career Development for Indian Hill Exempted Village School District, I am honored to lead our district-wide efforts to redefine what future-focused education looks like. I also oversee our newly launched Entrepreneur's Center, a dynamic hub designed to empower students through innovative, real-world learning experiences.
Our work is grounded in four core pillars that prepare students to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. We guide students in discovering their strengths and passions through purposeful career exploration, and bring learning to life through immersive, real-world experiences. By fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and intentionally developing leadership capacity, we equip students with the skills and self-awareness needed to navigate their futures with confidence and impact.
Each day, I strive to model our district's commitment to being student-centered and future-driven. In our schools, we do more than prepare students for the next step—we ignite their passions, amplify their voices, and empower them to lead with purpose.
